Brantford Area Home Sales Rebounding

BRANTFORD – Recently released data for June 2020 indicates home sales are rebounding from the COVID-19 pandemic, and prices are on the rise, but completed transactions are still short of where they were last year.

Paula Tysoski, Sales Representative with Platinum Living Realty Team, says low inventory is also currently driving the market.

The average sale price for a detached single-family home last month in Branford was $526,264, which is up by 17.92% or $79,970 higher compared to the average sale price of $446,294 for June 2019. The sales-to-new listings ratio in June was 86.08%.
