Brantford Police release video of suspect involved in latest convenience store robbery

BRANTFORD – Brantford Police are currently investigating three separate convenience store robberies at two different locations.

Last Monday, around 11 PM, police responded to a robbery call at a convenience store located near Erie Ave and Gladstone Avenue, where a male suspect, with his face covered, brandished a firearm and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect was handed an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene in a black vehicle. No one in the store was hurt.

Brantford Police are searching for the unidentified man seen in this surveillance video from a robbery at a convenience store at Colborne Street West and Oak Street early Wednesday morning.

Around midnight last Tuesday, police were called to a Colborne Street West convenience store where three men were involved in a robbery at knifepoint to demand cash from the store clerk. Two young offenders have been arrested and are facing several charges. Police are still looking for the third suspect.

Around 1:20 AM Wednesday, police responded to a 9-1-1 call to a robbery at the same convenience store targeted Tuesday, located at Colborne Street West and Oak Street. An unidentified man approached the store clerk with a firearm and demanded money. The suspect took a small amount of cash and fled the scene in a waiting motor vehicle. The store clerk was unharmed.
