BRANT – The Brant County Health Unit reported no new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, after recording two new infections Monday and four Sunday. There are currently 10 active cases.
Cases of COVID-19 in the Waterloo Region continue to spike. The region reported 29 new cases on Tuesday morning.
Provincial officials were expected to detail Ontario’s fall COVID-19 plan Tuesday. Instead, Premier Doug Ford and Health Minister Christine Elliott say they will be laying it out in stages in the coming days. However, the first part of the plan, Ford says, is pushing people to get their flu shots this fall.
